2 Med Avacado (Mashed)
1 Tbsp Sour Cream
Juice of Half Lemon
Salt and Pepper to Taste
Diced Red Onion
Combine all ingredients and set aside. Slice baguette into 1/3"
slices diagonal, spread with ample amount of "Hot Flash"
Roasted Green Chile Paste, Broil for a few seconds on both
sides and toast @450 degree oven for a few minutes. Top with
avacado mixture, diced red onion and chopped cilantro.
1/4 Cup of Mayonnaise
1 Teaspoon dijon mustard
2 Tbsp "Hot Flash" Chile Paste
(Roasted Green or Red)
1 Teaspoon chopped chives
Salt and pepper to taste
Hard boil 6 eggs, cool and cut in half length wise. Remove yolks
to a small bowl and mash till smooth with a fork. Combine all
other ingredients to egg yokes and mix thoroughly. Fill the
empty egg white shells with mixture.
(For the adventurous a dollop of caviar on top)

1 Cup Hot Flash Red Chile Paste
1 Cup Raw Agave Sweetener
(Available at Local Markets)
1/2 Cup Ketchup
2 TBS. Soy Sauce
Combine all ingredients, chill and serve with spring rolls, chicken
skewers, or any of your favorite finger foods. Also can be used
as a basting sauce. Enjoy!!!!!!!
